Who we are and What we do
Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages and create an inclusive community that inspires confidence, encourages excellence, and cultivates a passion for archery. We are committed to ensuring that every participant has the opportunity to reach their full potential both on and off the range. Our goal is to foster personal growth, teamwork, and resilience in archers while promoting the lifelong benefits of the sport. Through community engagement, education, and essential resources, we aim to inspire the next generation of archers and uphold the tradition of archery in our community.
Hi, I'm Eliza Jex, Executive Director of Dragon Flight Archery. As a former special education teacher and now coach for both youth and collegiate archery programs, I have developed a deep love of education. I am passionate about archery as a sport love being able to use my education skills to help individuals of all ages and abilities find life-long joy in this sport.

Interested in 4H? We support the Spokane 4H, Let's Soar, Archery Club, we're happy to connect you! ​

Have required certification to complete the Scouting Merit Badge in Archery (shooting and arrow building) ​

Training for USA Archery and NASP coaches

Support to teachers to form NASP programs in you school

Rental Equipment if you want to just try it out!

Can do special events like work parties, team building, birthday parties or other celebrations.
